Do unused appeal letters roll over to the next month?+
No. Your letter allowance resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused letters do not carry over.
What happens if I hit my letter limit before the month ends?+
You will receive a notification when you are approaching your limit. Once you reach it, you can upgrade your plan at any time to unlock additional letters immediately.
When does billing start?+
Your 7-day free trial begins the moment you create your account. You won't be charged until the trial ends. After that, billing occurs on the same date each month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is pricing per physician or per practice?+
Per practice. Every plan covers your entire practice at one flat rate — no per-physician fees, no hidden charges.
Do you take a commission on recovered claims?+
No. You keep 100% of every dollar you recover. Our pricing is a simple monthly subscription with no commissions, no revenue share, and no surprise fees.

Swivel generates appeal letters for the most common denial categories, including medical necessity, prior authorization, coding and modifier disputes, timely filing, bundling and unbundling, out-of-network, and coordination-of-benefits denials.
Which payers are supported?+
We support appeals to all major commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid. Our system tailors each letter to the specific payer's known policies, clinical criteria, and appeal requirements.
How long does it take to generate a letter?+
Most letters are generated in under 60 seconds. Complex cases involving multiple denial reasons may take slightly longer.
Can I edit a letter after it's generated?+
Absolutely. Every letter opens in a full-text editor so you can review, revise, and customize it before sending. We encourage you to add any case-specific clinical details that strengthen your appeal.
Does Swivel integrate with my EHR or practice management system?+
Direct EHR integrations are on our roadmap. Today, you can paste or upload your claim and denial details, and Our system does the rest.

How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — no early-termination fees.
Will I lose my letters if I cancel?+
No. Any letters you generated while your account was active remain accessible even after cancellation.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No. All plans are month-to-month. You're never locked into a long-term commitment.
